Indie Film Rocket Educational Film Makers Terms (A total of 22 guaranteed releases within your yearly membership).

Indie Film Rocket provides a personalised subscription service that allows our members to access movies and Episodes ("Indie Film Rocket content") streamed over the Internet to certain Internet-connected TVs, computers, and other devices.

These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms of Use, " Indie Film Rocket service", "our service" or "the service" means the personalised service provided by Indie Film Rocket for discovering and watching Indie Film Rocket content, including all features and functionalities, recommendations and reviews, the website, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service.

Film Watching (10 releases)

You will receive 6 Indie Film Rocket Originals and 4 handpicked alternative releases.

Every release is time sensitive and only available for one month (30 days from release) with the exception of episodes for series available 90 days from their first release date.

Each month you will be notified of the new scheduled Indie Film Rocket releases and their unique streaming pages for each film including passwords.

As a Private Membership each Film / Series has a description of film age classification from Indie Film Rocket detailed on each release within its unique streaming page.

Learning / Educational (6 releases)

Educationally every two months you will also receive a documentary on how Indie Film Rocket Originals are made supplying you with detailed knowledge, strategy and execution of what's needed to make high quality independent films from the original concept to releasing the finished article on the big screen.

A. Membership

A 1. Your Indie Film Rocket membership will continue until the yearly renewal date. To use the Indie Film Rocket service, you must have Internet access and a Indie Film Rocket ready device plus provide us with one or more Payment Methods. "Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party.

A 2. We may offer a number of membership plans, including special promotional plans or memberships offered by third parties in conjunction with the provision of their own products and services. Some membership plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you.

A 3. Your membership will include at least 5 Graded pieces of footage supplied monthly completely free with your film-maker membership, filmed and fully licensed by Indie Film Rocket for your own use as a film-maker and available to download for just 30 days at a time until the next batches of digital film are released to you.

B. Educational material for Movie Makers.

B 1. All educational material is supplied and filmed by Indie Film Rocket in association with The Film Actors Academy, The Film Directors Academy and can only be viewed by an authentic Indie Film Rocket paid member and not shared or sold on unless otherwise contractually agreed.

B 2. All advice is shared under best practise and through experiences gained within the film industry.

B 3. Areas covered are Film Directing, Film Acting and Film making.

B 4. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these Terms of Use or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the service and its material.

B 5. The Indie Film Rocket service and any content viewed through this service is for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your household. During your Indie Film Rocket membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Indie Film Rocket service and view the Indie Film Rocket content. Except for the foregoing, no right, title, or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public performances. (D4 and D5 also apply to this section).

C. Billing

C 1. Payment Method. To use the Indie Film Rocket service, you must provide one Payment Method for your yearly subscription. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial - month membership periods or unwatched Indie Film Rocket content.

C 2. Renewing and Lapsing. Your Indie Film Rocket membership will automatically renew every month for monthly subscribers and if you pay by lump sum will lapse after 12 months of one term and can be manually renewed. Additionally, you will be sent at least 2 renewal reminders.

C 3. Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans. We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time but this can only effect your renewal premiums.

D. Indie Film Rocket Service for film watching.

D 1. You must be 18 years of age to become a member of the Indie Film Rocket service. Minors may only use the service under the supervision of an adult and always check the advice on viewer discretion before a film or series begins.

D 2.The Indie Film Rocket service and any content viewed through this service is for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your household. During your Indie Film Rocket membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Indie Film Rocket service and view the Indie Film Rocket content. Except for the foregoing, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public performances.

D 3. You may view the Indie Film Rocket content primarily within the country in which you have established your account and only in geographic locations where we offer our service and have licensed such content.

D 4. You agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use content and information contained on or obtained from or through the Indie Film Rocket service. You also agree not to: circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade or thwart any of the content protections, use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Indie Film Rocket service; decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the Indie Film Rocket service; insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the Indie Film Rocket service in any way; or use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method. In addition, you agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the Indie Film Rocket service, including any software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these Terms of Use or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the service.

D 5. The quality of the display of the Indie Film Rocket content may vary from device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your Internet connection. HD, Ultra HD and HDR availability is subject to your Internet service and device capabilities. Not all content is available in all formats, such as HD, Ultra HD and HDR, and not all subscription plans allow you to receive content in all formats. Default playback settings on cellular networks exclude HD, Ultra HD and HDR content. The minimum connection speed for SD quality is 0.5 Mbps; however, we recommend a faster connection for improved video quality. A download speed of at least 5.0 Mbps per stream is recommended to receive HD content (defined as a resolution of 720p or higher). A download speed of at least 25.0 Mbps per stream is recommended to receive Ultra HD (defined as a resolution of 1080p or higher) and HDR content. You are responsible for all Internet access charges. Please check with your Internet provider for information on possible Internet data usage charges. The time it takes to begin watching Netflix content will vary based on a number of factors, including your location, available bandwidth at the time.

E. Passwords. The member who created the Indie Film Rocket account and whose Payment Method is charged has access and control over the Indie Film Rocket account. The Account Owner will not reveal the password or details of the Payment Method associated with the account to anyone. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account. We can terminate your account or place your account on hold in order to protect you, Indie Film Rocket or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.

F. Unsolicited Materials.

Indie Film Rocket does not accept unsolicited materials or ideas for Indie Film Rocket content and is not responsible for the similarity of any of its content or programming in any media to materials or ideas transmitted to Indie Film Rocket.

G. Electronic Communications.

Indie Film Rocket will send you information relating to your account (e.g. payment authorisations, updates in passwords for individual film releases or Payment Method but not fully detailed, confirmation messages, notices) in electronic form only, for example via emails to your email address provided during registration and only from the official email from the official website indiefilmrocket.com or indiefilmrocket.co.uk email

H. Movie Feedback Video Uploads.

This is only to be used inside the platform of Indie Film Rocket if chosen. If at any point you wish your video feedback to be removed, this will be done within 7 working days of your request. Indie Film Rocket will only publish balanced good-hearted reviews with the emphasis on clean language and without biased views.
